In November 2008 Proposition 8 amended the California Constitution, taking the right to marry away from same-sex couples. This injustice should never have come to pass.

Now it's time to repeal Prop 8 and restore equality.

To place a new initiative on the November 2010 ballot we need one million California voters to sign the official petition you’ll find on this site. Under state law we are given only a few months to gather the required one million signatures, and we need your help.

You can sign this initiative two ways using your iPhone/iPod Touch! It takes just a few minutes!

Follow these steps to sign using your PC and an iPhone/iPod Touch
  1. Use your PC to enter your information.
  2. Enter your iPhone number or the email that you can access on your iPhone or iPod Touch — and we will send you a message with a link.
  3. Click on the link and follow the prompts. You will handwrite information as required by California law — your name, your signature, your address, and today’s date. To print, use your finger on the touchscreen.

That’s it! Once you click "Finish" both you and the sponsoring campaign will receive the signed document by email.

OR . . . sign using just your iPhone/iPod Touch!

Follow the steps above, but instead you will complete the entire process on your iPhone or iPod Touch — with no need for an SMS or email.
